Matthew Jebb

Matthew JebbMatthew is Keeper of the Herbarium, and horticultural taxonomist at the National Botanic Gardens, Glasnevin, Dublin. He lived in Papua New Guinea for six years where he was Director of the Christensen Research Institute, and still has an active interest in the taxonomy of several south-east Asian plant groups. He has recently completed a revision of the pitcher-plant family Nepenthaceae for Flora Malesiana, and of Araliaceae for the Flora of Thailand project. He is Chairman of PlantNetwork (formerly known as PlantNet), the plant collections network of Britain and Ireland.
